"This was one of the most disgusting and uncomfortable experiences my friend has ever had with a business. He walked into this State Farm office expecting a normal interaction and instead was treated like he was some kind of problem simply because he is Black.

The agent kept looking at him with pure disgust and made racist comments that were so vile and disrespectful my friend does not even want to repeat them publicly. He left feeling humiliated, furious, and honestly shocked that someone could treat another person like that in a professional setting.

This was not “bad customer service.” This was degrading. My friend genuinely felt targeted because of his race and made to feel like he was less than everyone else in the room.

It is absolutely sickening that someone representing State Farm could behave this way toward a customer. Nobody should ever have to walk into an insurance office and deal with racism just for existing and trying to get service.

State Farm needs to seriously investigate this. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior, and nobody deserves to be treated like they are less human because they are Black."
