"The whole team was very helpful. Someone filed a fraudulent claim against my insurance and Hara took care of it right away. She called Claims department and she represented me to inform them that the claim was a fraud. I called to follow up after 2 days and Sal's wife confirmed that the case was closed right away. They do their job right and very promptly. I will keep this company for a long time."

"Claim denied. state farm is unable to provide the section of my home owner's insurance that states why my claim was denied. Avoid this corporation. Sal and his team are worse than useless, they wasted my time."
